Sourwood Honey

Sourwood honey is a specialty honey which is a pure raw and unfiltered honey with a unique taste. The bees get the nectar from the blooms of the sourwood tree which typically occurs from July to August depending on weather conditions. These trees usually grow in the mountain areas of the Carolinas and northern Georgia.
